Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. The return period begins on the day you receive the goods. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be in new, unused condition
- Original tags and labels must still be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- No signs of wear, washing, or damage
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Return request must be initiated within the 14-day return period
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning items because they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, including change of mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Non-Returnable Items
